It all started with training our call center staff and a big problem
Learn Genius was conceived when founder and CEO Paul Lieberman needed to streamline the training for their call center agents at CuraCall, a call center solutions company for home care. Through an exhaustive search, he found most of the online Learning Management Systems (LMS) available were cumbersome, not user-friendly, difficult to customize, and very expensive. After much research, he decided to embark on creating his own platform.
When completed, with much success, Paul Lieberman reached out to his home care clients and quickly discovered many of them were experiencing the same. With the guidance of CuraCall’s home health clients, Paul decided to create an online system for his clients, and Learn Genius was born.
